Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Specialty Coffee Products 

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee beans.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect item, or quality concerns), please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

Merchandise 

We accept returns on unused and unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Please treat gift cards like cash.

If you experience an issue with a gift card purchase or delivery, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within the return window.


Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
